About David Herndon

David was born and raised in Moultrie, Georgia.  He was admitted to the bar in 1995 and is a member of the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Georgia.  David attended undegraduate and law schools at the University of Georgia (A.B. , 1991, J.D., 1995).  He is currently serving as municipal judge in Moultrie.  David is an active member of the  Moultrie Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Downtown Moultrie Association.
